Just recently a member of staff attended an appriasal for a potential landlord. Following the appointment, the lovely landlord commended our service, "Tell you what is so nice, is to meet someone like you so professional, honest and knowledgeable – and nice with it! Im so glad I walked in on spec like I did." They concluded "I will be buying somewhere else which I will be renting out and I would love to give you the business, in due course. So we'll be in touch."
