Direct Residential was launched in 2004 to prove the business model and with the aim to offer a simple step in to the highly profitable industry through an experienced route, not just by running a corporate branch and your training centre, but also in the training, launch, support and development of over 126 individual lettings businesses across the UK. We know what we are talking about through experience, demonstration, hands on training, nurturing support and development.

Training Provided: A comprehensive, cover all, three-week in-house induction course provides franchise owners with the experience they will need to run a successful residential lettings agency. Part of this is factual basis, but most is actually working alongside our corporate team actually in the business.

Support Services Provided: First year personal mentoring via Head Office by a Director, ongoing business support, legal helpline and access to the Direct Residential team. Each office has a personal web page on Direct Residential’s state of the art website.
