We have just taken over the management of a property in Capitol Square on Church Street and the lovely landlord had this to say; 'For two months Direct Residential have managed the property and followed up everything remarkably well. When in the first I went to negotiate the business with them, they gave me a tour to their office, introduced me to their staff and shown how they operate. Most importantly because they are local they manage their work much more efficiently compared to big companies, whereas I worked with Sequence Homes in the last 5 years and I regret why I even choose them and suffer their bad service for 5 years, whilst Direct Residential was just round the corner. So far both myself and my tenant are happy with their service and I hope it stay as it is.'
