Coming round to a re-letting of a property can be a daunting period for a landlord, hoping that the void is kept to a minimum and the property returned in a good condition. One landlord at Direct Residential commented after being advised that a new tenant had been secured with just one day between tenancies, "this will have been another swift and professional letting by you all"
